Subject: NEVER rely on Pacific Cabs!!!
Comment: I booked a taxi the night before a business trip to take me to the airport. The cab showed up 30 minutes late because the dispatcher never ordered the cab when I pre-booked, only after I called to ask where he was, causing me to miss my flight and have to cancel my trip. I spoke to their manager, Tim Land, who said they will not reimburse mt $122 taxi fare because if they reimbursed everyone they caused to miss a flight, they'd be reimburing a lot of people. Shows how much they care about their customers! Never rely on Pacific Cabs -- they don't care about customer service!
