Subject: Just Ladies Fitness
Comment: I was so excited when I signed up to be a member of the gym. After becoming a member everything went down hill. The gym opens at 6:00 a.m. and there has been 3 times in the last 3 months that no one has been to the gym to open the doors, therefore I am unable to work out. Also when they are open the employees are never at the front desk. They are usually getting ready in the bathroom, sitting on the couch or no were to be found. When I called the corporate off to see about getting out of my contract the lady very rudely told me there was nothing she could do and then went on to say that she could understand if they were late once or twice a week but basically three times is no big deal and that they were repremended for it. She was justifying the employees actions. On the flip side they have great aerobic instrutors!!!
